Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create an account and use Remap Intelligence to assess a company's AI readiness. Plain language, no surprises — if something here is unclear, ask us before you sign up.
1. What the service does
Remap Intelligence reads publicly available information about a company you nominate — its website, DNS records, public business listings and similar open sources — and produces an assessment of where AI could help that business. We do not access private systems, internal data, or anything behind a login.
You may run an assessment on a company you own or work for, or on a company whose public information you have a legitimate business reason to review. Do not use the service to harass, profile individuals, or build a competing dataset.
2. The assessment is guidance, not advice
Scores, recommendations and compliance notes are automated estimates drawn from public signals. They are a starting point for a conversation, not professional advice.
In particular, anything in a report touching privacy, security or regulatory obligations is a prompt to investigate — not a legal opinion and not a finding that you do or do not comply with any law. Get advice from a qualified professional before acting on it.
We label every finding with where it came from: detected (we observed it), stated (you told us), or inferred (our read of the evidence). Inferred findings can be wrong.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You can ask us to delete your account and its assessments at any time by emailing hello@remap.ai.
4. Your data, and how we use it
What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: we store the company URL you submit, the assessment we generate, your answers to our questions, and your account email.
Draft — pending legal review
Aggregate insights. We intend to combine information from assessments across many companies to produce de-identified, aggregated statistics — for example, “the median AI-readiness score in Australian professional services is 61” — and to use those aggregate statistics commercially, including in benchmarks shown to other customers and in published research.
Aggregated outputs would never identify you, your company, or any individual, and would never include your submitted URL, your answers, or your report as such. We would not sell or licence your individual assessment.
The binding wording of this clause is with our lawyers. Until it is finalised and you have specifically agreed to it at signup, we do not use your data for aggregate commercial products.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and assessments may be unavailable from time to time. Where a data source we rely on is unavailable, the report will say so rather than filling the gap with a guess.
If we make a material change to these terms we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to resupplying the service or the amount you paid us for it, whichever is greater.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
